The rules are simple: you drink, whenever you see the following, during a Van Damme movie!
* So-mo primal yell
* Van Damme's naked bubble butt
* Van Damme performing the splits
* People freaking out after seeing Van Damme in his splits
* He plays an underdog character
* Training montage, consisting of lifting himself from beams, bars, etc; take an extra sip if they include him lifting something freakishly heavy
* You see a scene wherein you fear for the safety of Van Damme's nuts
* Van Damme's underdog character is the sole avenger of a wrongful death
* Random forced-romance subplot
* Van Damme's underdog character wins the heart of the fair maiden, after all
* A lady makes Van Damme act shy
* Crucial fight scenes being won by his signature kick to the teeth
* The main bad guy kicking his ass in the beginning/getting the piss beat out him, in the final scene, after a much-needed last insult-fueled rage
* The main bad guy being tougher than Van Damme, leading to training montages to work up the Van Damme character in to shape
* Wherein they explain Van Damme's accent (French, Quebecois, Cajun) but they don't explain why his relatives don't have it themselves
* Van Damme's compadres are pretty much hopeless to save/defend themselves
* The costars end up as plot points re:saving their unprepared asses
* If Van Damme doesn't play an underdog, he plays a super-pimpin', super-powerful spy/army guy
